Some brow lift is normally done under general anesthesia although native anesthesia with sedation has been approached by certain doctors. It can be done using a scope that small incisions are put at the head of hair line or with an open procedure, that the entire brow mane line is incised. In a open procedure, the incision is made along the hair line plus the skin is dissected (taken out away) from the underling tissue. Fatty areas are removed in order to smooth out the forehead along with the muscles of this forehead are stiffened if necessary.
