The New England Animal Control Humane Academy (NEACHA) is an organizational board comprised mainly of Animal Control Officers throughout New England.  NEACHA goal since 1980 has been to offer training and education in a professional environment, taught by certified individuals in the field.  Some of the current board members of NEACHA are Craig Petrie, VACA member and ACO for Rutland City PD and also Lorrie Moule, representative of NACA, the National Animal Control Association.  In addition there are a multitude of other ACO's from around New England who form the board of NEACHA.
